Dancing with Flour

So you imagine a little toddler who found an open drawer (bad idea), pulls out the bag of flour, proceeds to throw it around, and shuffles around in it a little. Dancing with flour.

But no. As adorable as that might sound, French photographer Ludovic Florent trumps it with his photographic series titled Poussière d’étoiles. Dancers are shown in their full glory by adding flour to showcase the movement & effect of their dance, and highlight the beauty of the human body.

‘Behind every carnal envelope hides a soul that is both sensitive and flamboyant as I try to capture in each of my photographs.’ – Ludovic Florent
